The Sisters Cabernet Sauvignon
The Sisters began in 2000 as a project to create a wine from the youngest of our estate grown vines and has evolved into a wine that is quintessential Cabernet Sauvignon. The Sisters is a wine that is definitely the more forward of the two Jones Family Vineyards cabernets and has a more red fruit driven palate. While it tends to be one that can be enjoyed upon release, we also find it benefits for cellaring as well.
