2001 The Sisters

"In its second vintage, The 2001 The Sisters is a blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Cabernet Franc. The 2001 Sisters is a tiny blend made from selected parts of the vineyards. The aromas are quite lifted and open with cherry like fruits, hints of cola and pepper. Big, ripe, round and lush in the mouth with very light tannins makes for an easy to drink yet ageworthy wine. Flavors are consistent with the aromas and the finish is warm and lengthy. This wine would be good with hearty, spicy foods."
